On June 5, 2019 officers with the Investigation Services unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 30-year-old Jeffery Possamai of Brien Avenue for sexual assault.
It’s alleged on April 13, 2019, the accused approached a woman not known to him at a business in the 400-block of Great Northern Road and made contact with her for a sexual purpose.
He was arrested on June 5, 2019 and charged with one count of sexual assault. He was held for bail court.
