On July 25, 2019 officers with the Community Oriented Response and Enforcement Unit arrested 52-year-old James McGhee of Lake Street for theft.
On June 28, 2019, the accused attended a business in the 400 block of Bay Street. It is alleged he selected approximately $800 worth of merchandise, and [allegedly] left without attempting to pay for them.
Police located him on July 25, 2019 and took him into custody. He is charged with one count of theft under $5,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9, 2019.
