City police never give up. They arrested a 25-year-old male yesterday for a sexual assault that happened in 1994. He has been charged with two counts of sexual assault as well as one count of sexual touching a female under 14 and one count of "watching and besetting" which is similar to stalking.
The same male has been charged with an incident this month that involved a new victim. In the latest incident, he has been charged with sexual interference with a female under 14.
The suspect's identity has not yet been released by police.
