On the 8th of December, 2016, officers with the Criminal Investigations Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 43-year-old male in relation to an incident in the change room area of a local swimming facility yesterday.
It is alleged that on Dec. 7, 2016, the accused attended the John Rhodes Community Centre and entered the family changing area. It is also alleged that the accused then used a cellular phone to take photographs of individuals that were in the private change stalls of that area.
The accused has been charged with one count of voyeurism and will appear in bail court tomorrow morning.
