Police say Sault man accused of breaching court conditions had a knife

The 29-year-old faces two counts of breach of recognizance

On May 21, 2020 29-year-old Justin Graham was arrested for breach of recognizance.

At 11:02 p.m. officers observed the accused walking on Huron Street and learned he is bound by conditions to remain in his residence between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

He was arrested and a subsequent search of the accused found him to be in possession of a knife, breaching another release condition. He is charged with two counts of breach of recognizance. He was held for bail court.
