On May 25, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 29-year-old Troy Bozowskyi of Albert Street West for break and enter.
It is alleged that on May 22, 2018 the accused entered a garage in the 300 block of Cathcart Street and took various items from the garage.
The accused left the area and police were contacted. Officers were able to identify the accused and he was located and arrested on May 25.
He has been charged with one count of break and enter and commit theft, one count of possession of break in tools, and one count of mischief under $5,000. He was held for WASH court.
