On July 16, 2019 officers with the Patrol Services and Community Oriented Response Units arrested 23-year-old Hunter Jones of Garden River First Nation on outstanding warrants.
During the morning hours on July 16, 2019, police observed the accused, knew he was wanted and took him into custody. After the arrest ,officers conducted a search of the accused and found a small amount of what is believed to be crystal methamphetamine.
He is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. He was held for bail court.
