On Oct. 24, 2016 at approximately 1:15 a.m., city police responded to a hill top bar in regards to a person to be removed.
Investigation revealed that the male in question was on probation with conditions to notify police when he changed address and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Information received was that this male was allegedly attempting to sell drugs in the bar. Police allegedly located a quantitiy of what was believed to be cocaine on his person.
The accused was arrested for having possession of a controlled substance and breach of probation X 2. The accused Faisal Mahal S Alraddadi age 31 is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 28, 2016 at 9 a.m.
