Police arrest man for allegedly using stolen credit card

Accused on probation at time of his alleged offences

City Police arrested 25-year-old Daniel Murphy of no fixed address on July 14 for three counts of using a stolen credit card, possession of stolen property, and breach of probation.

It is alleged he used a credit card that did not belong to him on three separate occasions at three separate convenience stores on July 2.

He is also on a probation order requiring him to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

The accused will be appearing in Provincial Court on August 22.
