On June 12, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 36-year-old Sarah Ettinger of Albion Street in relation to a series of thefts.
It is alleged that on six occasions between May 6, 2017 and May 23, 2017 the accused took money totaling just over $300 from a business in the downtown area.
The accused was arrested on June 12 by officers and charged with six counts of theft under $5,000. She will appear in court on July 17, 2017.
