At 8:50 p.m. on May 1, 2016 19-year-old Nicholas Miceli turned himself in to city police and was arrested. It’s alleged that the accused was at a residence in Sault Ste.

At 8:50 p.m. on May 1, 2016 19-year-old Nicholas Miceli turned himself in to city police and was arrested. It’s alleged that the accused was at a residence in Sault Ste. Marie on April 16, 2016 and assaulted a male causing injury that required medical attention. It is further alleged that the accused was on an undertaking with conditions that he notify city police of his change of address the he did not do. Miceli has been charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm and one count of breach of an undertaking given by an Officer in Charge. He will be appearing in court on June 6, 2016.
