A man faces break-and-enter charges after an incident that took place earlier this month, Sault Ste. Marie Police said in a news release issued today.
Police say that on April 12, the accused allegedly entered a residence in the 100 block of Breton Road, stole a television and left the area.
He was located yesterday and as a result, Stephen Kerr, 52, was arrested and charged with break and enter and theft under $5,000.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 7.
