On April 10, 2019 officers with the Break and Enter division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 20-year-old John Tremblay of no fixed address for theft.
It’s alleged on Feb. 27, 2019 the accused attended two different businesses in the city, selected items from the shelf and left without attempting to pay.
Police located the accused on April 10, 2019 and took him into custody. He is charged with two counts of theft under $5,000, and four counts of breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 27, 2019.
