Police say they've arrested someone for property obtained by crime after an incident that took place earlier this year.

On March 1, 2020 at 2:05 a.m., officers say they responded to a call of a man pushing a snow blower in the area of Lake Street and Marconi Street.

They found the accused on Placid Ave., where they seized the snow blower.

Police say no theft complaint had been filed at the time, so the accused wasn't detained.

On March 2, 2020, the victim reported their snow blower stolen, which matched the description of the one seized the previous day.

Officers found the accused, James Wilson, 38, on Sunday and charged him with possession of property obtained by crime and breach of recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 5, 2020.
