On August 25, 2016 at 5:20 p.m., city police arrested and charged a 20-year-old male with two counts of theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.
It is alleged that Kenneth Hunt attended at the LCBO and Best Buy stores and left both properties without paying for merchandise.
He will be appearing in court on September 26, 2016.
