In the evening of Dec. 8 the city police were called to a residence in the 500 block of Queen Street West regarding a male who was presently at that address although he was on conditions not to be there.

Further investigation resulted in the officers locating the male at that residence, and when the officers attempted to arrest the accused, he resisted their efforts but was eventually brought under control.

The accused was also on conditions not to communicate in any way with the resident at that particular address.

25-year-old Donald Bussineau of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of breaching a recognizance and resist arrest, and will be appearing in Bail Court on Dec. 9.
