On January 28 at around 8 p.m. unknown culprit(s) broke into a garage on Young Street. Once inside the culprit(s) stole a quantity of tools. On January 28 at 4:45 p.m.

On January 28 at around 8 p.m. unknown culprit(s) broke into a garage on Young Street. Once inside the culprit(s) stole a quantity of tools.

On January 28 at 4:45 p.m. officers arrested a 17-year-old male for breaching his recognizance of bail and obstructing justice. It is alleged that the accused is on bail release and breached conditions of that release by communicating with witnesses. The accused attempted to convince these witnesses to drop the criminal charges against him. The accused has been charged with three counts of breach of recognizance and two counts of obstructing justice. The accused will appear in bail court on January 29.

On January 28 at 9 p.m. officers arrested 21-year-old Amber Vincent of Bush Street. It is alleged that the accused was breaching her bail recognizance by failing to remain in her residence, failing to reside at a specified address, failing to stay away from specific persons and being in possession of illegal drugs. When the accused was arrested it was found she was also wanted on several warrants for failing to appear in court, possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property, theft under $5,000, and utter forged document. The accused will appear in bail court on January 29.
