On Nov. 13, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 37-year-old Amanda Corbett of Dyment Street with regards to a theft.
It is alleged that the accused attended a business in the 200 block of Second Line where she selected just under $75 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying.
She was apprehended by store security and held for police.
She has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and will appear in court on Dec. 18, 2017.
