Female charged in relation to Wellington Street break-in

On July 19, 2017, officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 29-year-old Lindsey Jones of Garden River in relation to an outstanding warrant.

It is alleged that on Mar. 28, 2017, the accused broke into a business in the 600 block of Wellington Street East where she stole an unknown amount of cash. The accused is also alleged to have caused just over $36,000 in damage to property inside of the business.

The accused was arrested by officers on July 19, 2017 and charged with one count of break and enter and one count of mischief over $5,000. 

She will appear in court on Aug. 28, 2017.
