Sault Ste. Marie Police have charged someone with impaired after an incident that took place Sunday.

In a release issued today, police say that at 3:05 a.m. yesterday morning, they noticed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a traffic stop on Idaho Drive.

While talking to the driver, police say they found reason to believe that the driver was impaired by alcohol, which was confirmed when the driver failed two breathalyzer tests.

As a result, Denny Pick, 42, was arrested and charged with impaired driving alcohol and drugs and impaired driving – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 18, 2021.
