A single-vehicle collision at the intersection of Conmee Avenue and Charles Street has lead to the arrest of 48-year-old Jennifer Trepasso.
Sault Ste. Marie Police Service responded to the incident early Friday morning.
A news release issued today states the accused was located next to a vehicle in the area and responding officers issued multiple demands for a breath sample, but she refused.
She stands charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.
