Copper pipe and cables stolen from Huron Street

On April 27, 2018, officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service’s Break and Enter Unit arrested 41-year-old Marc Jardine of Parliament Street for break and enter.

It is alleged that at approximately 8 a.m. the accused broke into a building in the 100 block of Huron Street. The accused took a number of items from the building including an amount of copper pipe and copper cables.

Officers located the accused and two other males a short time later in possession of various items that had been taken from the building as well as a number of break in tools. All three were taken into custody.

Officers charged 43-year-old Randall Chiblow of Blake Street and 41-year-old Corrie Buonomo of Ferguson Street for one count of possession of stolen property. They will appear in court on June 4, 2018. 

Mr. Jardien has been charged with one count of break and enter, one count of possession of break in tools and one count of possession of stolen property. He was held for bail court.
