Break-in suspect found in possession of fentanyl, meth, crack: Police

On Feb. 15, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 28-year-old Justin Graham for break and enter.

Shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2020, police received a call for service of a break and enter in progress at a business in the 100 block of Queen Street East. Upon arrival, police observed a safe with a crow bar on top of it inside the business.

At that time the accused was seen fleeing the scene. Officers pursued on foot. When officers caught the accused he continued to struggle. Police were able to secure the accused and place him under arrest.

A subsequent search found the accused to be in possession of quantities of what is believed to be fentanyl, methamphetamine and crack cocaine. He is charged with two counts of break and enter, one count of possession of break in tools, one count of resist arrest and three counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was held for bail court.
