On April 13, 2018 officers with the Break and Enter Unit of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22-year-old Justin Lepage of no fixed address for break and enter.

It is alleged that on April 9, the accused broke into a residence in the 300 block of Queen Street East. The accused took items including a credit card that belonged to the victim. 

The accused then used the card to make three purchases totalling approximately $150. The accused then unsuccessfully attempted to use the credit card 2 more times.

The accused was located by officers on April 13 and was taken into custody.

He has been charged with five counts of theft and forgery of a credit card, one count of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of theft under $5,000. He was held for bail court.
