SAULT STE. MARIE POLICE SERVICE

On Oct. 16, 2018 officers with the Drug Enforcement Unit, Break and Enter Unit and Crime Suppression Unit of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested three individuals as a result of a drug investigation.
As a result of the investigation, officers conducted a vehicle stop just after 2:00 p.m. The vehicle was being operated by 46-year-old John Seamus Fyfe of Terrance Avenue while 38-year-old Lisa Dumolulin of no fixed address was in the passenger seat. During the stop officers located;
- 87.81 grams of cocaine powder,
- 77.66 grams of crystal methamphetamine,
- 12.24 grams of Fentanyl powder, and;
- 42 oxycodone pills
Both of them were taken into custody. Once in custody, officers found 1.4 grams of heroin in the possession of Lisa Dumolulin. At the time, Mr. Fyfe was found to be bound by a probation order with various conditions.
A short time later, officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant in the 0-100 block of Terrance Avenue and arrested 25-year-old Shayna Nadjiwon of Terrance Avenue. Ms. Nadjiwon was found to be wanted on outstanding warrants for failing to appear at court. Officers searched the residence and located;
- 30.6 grams of crystal methamphetamine,
- three grams of fentanyl,
- three grams of heroin,
- four grams of magic mushrooms,
- two methamphetamine pills,
- .6 grams of cocaine,
- other drug related paraphernalia,
- a knife that opens with centrifugal force, and;
- a wooden mace
The total street value of the drugs seized was $39,551.
Lisa Dumolulin has been charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. She will appear in court on Nov. 19, 2018.
John Seamus Fyfe has been charged with;
- three counts of breach of probation,
- six counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking,
- three counts of possession of a prohibited weapon
- one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and;
- one count of possession of property obtained by crime
Shayna Nadjiwon has been charged with;
- two counts of breach of probation,
- two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking,
- two count of possession of a prohibited weapon,
- one count of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and;
- four counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Both Nadjiwon and Fyfe were held for bail court
