On Oct. 16, 2017 officers with the Investigation Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 43-year-old male from Sault Ste. Marie in relation to a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that between 2005 and 2011 the accused had a sexual relationship with a young female that was known to him.
The accused was arrested on Oct. 16, 2017 and charged with;
- Two counts of sexual interference,
- Two counts of sexual exploitation,
- Two counts of sexual assault; and,
- Two counts of invitation to sexual touching
He will appear in bail court today.
