On Jan. 18, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 54-year-old David Kastendieck of Broadview Drive for impaired driving.
At 10:30 a.m. police observed the accused driving on Second Line West and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The accused stopped his vehicle, exited his vehicle and started walking away from the vehicle. Officers spoke with the accused and he provided two breath samples into an approved device, both registered a fail result.
He is charged with one count of impaired driving – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). He is schedule to appear in court on March 2, 2020.
