On Nov. 25, 2016 at 12:30 p.m., officers arrested 49-year-old Michel Portelance of Hynes Street. 

It is alleged that on two occasions the accused, who is on a court order prohibiting him from attending any location where children are known to frequent, attended a local arena where children were present.

The accused has been charged with two counts of breaching his prohibition order in relation to children and one count of breach of probation. The accused will appear in court on Jan 7.
