On Feb. 9, 2020, officers with Patrol Services arrested 27-year-old Robert Bell for dangerous operation.
During the early morning hours of Feb. 9, 2020, police attempted to conduct a traffic stop of a vehicle driven by the accused. The accused fled from police on two occasions. Officers later found the accused and the vehicle in the 400 block of Devon Road.
He was arrested and a subsequent search of the accused and the vehicle found him to be in the possession of pepper spray.
He is charged with one count of dangerous operation, one count of operating while prohibited, one count of unauthorized possession of a weapon, and one count of breach of recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in court on March 23, 2020.
