Police have charged Kyle Schryer in relation to a sexual assault investigation that began on May 1.
In a news release issued today, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service alleges that the 21-year-old accused threatened to harm and sexually assaulted the victim on April 30.
Officers located and arrested Schryer yesterday.
He stands charged with sexual assault and uttering threats, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 14.
