Taoist Tai Chi
Bob Connell, instructor and location lead demonstrates push hands with Danielle Siebert who has been practicing for 15 years

Taoist Tai Chi is a non profit run by volunteers driven to share the benefits they've personally experienced with our community and the world.

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation focused on balance, connection to earth, mindfulness and a connection to your body on a deeper physical level.

They are a lovely, welcoming group that even serves tea and a treat half way through class! They have classes almost everyday that work with any schedule and physical health level. It is great low impact exercise that improves balance, builds strength and relieves stress. First class is free so why not go give it a try!
