Welcome to the Third Annual Great Gift Card Auction!

The auction begins on Monday, November 26 at noon and ends on Sunday, December 2 at 9 p.m.

Please make sure you READ THE RULES, particularly the part about credit card authorizations. In short, each time you place a bid, the system places a hold authorization for that amount on your card. When you are outbid, the hold is released. If you bid $50 on ten different items, this means $500 of your available balance will be unavailable until you're outbid. Any winning bids at the end of the auction are captured - meaning your card is charged. We recommend you use a credit card, not a debit card for this auction. A released hold may take several days to reflect on your statement.

Winners! Here's where and when to pick up your cards:

Pick up on Tuesday Dec. 4, Wednesday Dec. 5, or Thursday Dec. 6, between 11:00am and 5:00pm, at Case's Music, 636 Queen Street East, Sault Ste. Marie, next door to SooToday. Please bring identification. Signing a release form to confirm delivery will be required.

About Case's Music

Case’s Music is committed to educating children and adults in the art of music and helping them to become a part of Sault Ste. Marie’s music scene.  Our teachers, who have the highest level of education from universities across Canada, offer musical training in such instruments as guitar, bass, piano, mandolin, banjo, drums, violin, and voice. We strive to give our customers a positive experience and, as such, we require that our employees help our students meet their goals while working with them in an engaging and professional manner.

We also provide access to a range of musical instruments and accessories to ensure our students and community are equipped with the best tools to enjoy making music.  We offer instruments for all price ranges and skill levels, and stand behind every product we offer. Our skilled professionals will be happy to assist you with finding the instrument that best suits your needs.

Assisting new musicians with creating original material is one of our primary objectives. As such, we provide tools and education in sound production for live performance and the recording process. We even provide workshops with touring musicians in which aspiring musicians can work one-on-one with artists who have written, produced, and mastered their own music. With our assistance in the creative and technical processes of music, we hope our students will become contributing members of our growing musical community.

Play It Foward

Do you know someone who’s passionate about learning how to play an instrument, but due to circumstances out of their control, they are unable to get an instrument to pursue this passion? Perhaps you have an instrument collecting dust, that’s bent a little out of shape, or requires some TLC.
What if that useless old instrument could be refurbished and donated to someone in need?

Introducing our NEW Play It Forward program! We’ll take your old, broken instruments, fix them up for free, then donate them to someone who needs an instrument in their life. We’ll help match instrument donors to nominees to help bring the joy of giving and music to our community. Have an instrument to donate? Bring in your instrument during store hours, and we’ll take a look to see how we can help. Know someone who needs music in their life?

Simply fill out this nomination form and tell us who and why they are deserving of a free, new-to-me instrument!
