OFFICIAL RULES

1.) Registration

You must register a SooToday.com user account in order to purchase items. If you have registered for a SooToday.com account previously, such as for the classifieds, please log in and use that account. Registration only takes a few moments. Register or log in here: https://www.sootoday.com/account

You must be logged in on SooToday.com in order to purchase items. Please keep your login credentials safe. We highly recommend logging out of your account if anyone else will be using the same computer. At our sole discretion and for any reason, SooToday retains the right to revoke an account and cancel any transactions placed by that account. In the event an account is suspended or transactions are cancelled, the account holder will be notified by email.

All registration and purchaser information shall remain confidential within Village Media Inc. We will not share your information.

2.) Purchasing

i.) Location and Dates

This is an internet-only gift card sale (not an auction), operating on http://www.sootoday.com.

This sale commences at 12:00pm on Monday, December 11th, 2017 and concludes at 9:00pm on Sunday, December 17th, 2017.

ii.) Purchasing Mechanics

Buying cards requires being logged in to a registered SooToday.com user account. SooToday accounts are free and can be created here: https://www.sootoday.com/account

To purchase an item in the Gift Card Sale, click "Buy Now" on your desired item.

This is NOT an auction. By clicking "Buy Now", you are purchasing the item immediately.

You must be prepared to pay for any item you commit to buying. A hold/authorization will be placed on your credit card for the purchase amount. The hold will be captured (charged) upon the end of the sale. Make sure you read the description and understand what the item is before buying it.

iv.) Credit Cards - Authorized Holds and Collection

Purchasing an item requires you to provide a valid credit card, which your purchases will be charged to at the conclusion of the auction.

Purchases of separate items will result in multiple transactions on the credit card.

v.) Conclusion

Within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction, all transactions will be processed. Buyers will be notified by email at that time with pickup instructions.

3.) Delivery

At the conclusion of the sale, buyers will be notified of any items they have purchased. This email will include instructions for the delivery of the item(s).

Delivery of the item(s) varies by item. Some may need to be collected from participating businesses, some may need to be mailed out, while some may need to be collected from a predetermined location on a certain day.

All buyers will be required to complete a release form upon collecting their item(s) to confirm delivery of said item(s).

4.) Restrictions

This gift card sale is open to everyone.
