With only seven days left until Team Canada enters centre stage at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, Cadillac Fairview is sharing the names and stories of Canadian Olympians who have overcome adversity to compete in the biggest sporting event on the globe.
One of these athletes is northern Ontario all-star, Tyler Nicholson.
A North Bay-native, he competing for Team Canada in snowboarding at age 22. Nicholson recently overcame an injury that could have possibly eliminated his chance of competing at the Winter Games.
But, it didn’t.
