SYA advocates for youth at City Council
SAULT STE. MARIE - (January 21) - The Sault Youth Association will be presenting to City Council on Monday January 25, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. at the regularly scheduled council meeting located at council chambers, City Hall.
The city has been a strong supporter of the association and endorsed the Sault Youth Association in May 2009 as “The City’s Advocate for youth.”
The Association is proposing that the city adopts a formal youth policy and endorses and recognizes the Sault Youth Association (with assistance from all community partners) as the leader assisting with local youth related issues.
We invite all youth and those who support our youth to attend this very important council meeting.
