Tickets are now on sale!

Galaxy Cinemas and United Way of Sault Ste. Marie are teaming up to present the 8th annual All Night Starlight Film Fest, an all night movie event for area high school students.

The movie marathon takes place at Galaxy Cinemas on Saturday, October 17, from 12 midnight until 6:30 a.m.

Tickets are $20 each and include six movies (Twilight, 17 Again, I Am Legend, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, *Mystery Movie!*) playing all night long.

There will be free popcorn, pop, and a slice of pizza.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available at the United Way office, 7A Oxford St. starting October 12 during office hours.

Volunteers will have a ticket booth set up in the lobby of Galaxy Cinemas on Thursday, October 15 and 16 between 6 and 9 p.m.

Tickets will also be on sale Saturday, October 17 starting at 12 noon until sold out.

This event is exclusive to high school students - a ticket and a valid student I.D. and birth certificate will be required for entry.

The doors open on Saturday October 17 at 11:30 p.m. and will lock down at 12:30 a.m.

To ensure the safety and security of all participants, a lock-in policy will be in place.

All bags, purses, jackets and coats will be coat checked.

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

United Way and Galaxy Cinemas are pleased to present this event to area high school students.

All proceeds from this event will be used to support the 2009 United Way Campaign.
