Sault College Students to kick off annual Alcohol Awareness Week!

Beginning Monday, October 2, 2006 college students locally and nationwide will begin celebrating Alcohol Awareness Week. At Sault College, students will participate in activities including beer goggle racing and ball throwing, mocktail and cocktail contest, designate a driver games and balloon ballot contests.

Sault College’s annual Alcohol Awareness Week is hosted by Sault College SAC and BACCHUS – the Student Life Education Company. Annually, hundreds of students participate in a week of fun-filled activities that promote alcohol awareness.

The schedule of this year’s awareness events include:

Beer Goggle Races & Ball Toss – Monday October 2nd – 11:30AM in The Outback
Cocktail / Mocktail Contest – Tuesday October 3rd – 8:30PM in The Outback
Balloon Ballot Contest – Wednesday October 4th – 9:00PM in The Outback
Dance for your turkey – Wednesday October 4th – 9:00PM in The Outback
