The Soo Greyhounds opened a three-game west division road swing with a 4-1 loss to the Windsor Spitfires on Thursday night.The Spitfires jumped out to a 2-0 first period from which the Hounds could never recover. Windsor would make it 3-0 before Michael Quesnele responded with the lone Greyhound goal on the power play.
Taylor Hall scored a pair of goals for the Spitfires with singles going to Scott Timmins and Adam Henrique.
Bryce O'Hagan stopped 41 of 45 shots in goal for the Hounds.
The Greyhounds continue their trip on Saturday in Plymouth and Saginaw on Sunday.
