London Knights complete trade for Nazem Kadri

Knights Acquire Nazem Kadri

London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter today announced that the team has acquired London native Nazem Kadri from the Kitchener Rangers in exchange for a 2nd Round Pick in 2011, 2nd Round Pick in 2012 and a 3rd Round Pick in 2011.

Kadri, 17 just completed his 2 nd season in the Ontario Hockey League with the Rangers. Kadri was a member of the 2008 OHL Champion Kitchener Rangers and participated in the 2008 Memorial Cup. Kadri was the Rangers 1st Round Selection at the 2006 OHL Draft. He is a graduate of the London Jr. Knights AAA Minor Hockey Program and attended Lucas High School in London.


The Kitchener Rangers head coach and General Manager Peter DeBoer announced this morning that the team has completed a trade with the London Knights.

The Rangers sent Nazem Kadri to the London Knights in exchange for three priority selection draft picks, including; a 2nd round selection in 2011, 3rd round in 2011 and 2nd round in the 2012.
