The scheduled championship games for NOSSA (Northern Ontario Secondary School Association) football have been postponed.

The games were postponed due to the heavy snow in the Sault Ste. Marie area in recent days and the time needed to prepare the football field at Superior Heights.

The games were scheduled to take place on Saturday with the junior final between Sault Ste. Marie’s Korah Colts and Sudbury’s Lively Hawks opening the day followed by the senior final between Superior Heights of Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury’s Lo-Ellen Park Knights.

The games will be held early next week though a specific day has not been determined as of yet.
