HOUNDS ROSTER REDUCED BY A PAIR
After making their initial cutdown on Saturday Night following the team’s Luke Williams Memorial Red & White game, the Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club has announced that their roster has since been since reduced by two more.
Over the last 48 hours players MICHAEL LAIDLEY and BRANDON HUGHES have left the team. Laidley (Free Agent invite) will be returning to the Sudbury Midget program to protect his NCAA eligibility meanwhile Hughes (14th Rd, 2012) was released by the club.
Subsequent to these changes, the Hounds active roster now sits at 27 players heading into this Thursday’s (September 6th) home exhibition game versus the Sudbury Wolves.
