Soo Greyhounds forward Zach Senyshyn has signed an entry-level contract with the Boston Bruins.

The Bruins announced the signing of Senyshyn along with two other prospects – Jake DeBrusk of the Western League’s Swift Current Broncos and Jeremy Lauzon of the Quebec League’s Rouyn-Noranda Huskies – on Thursday afternoon.

Senyshyn was one of three first round selections made by the Bruins in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. DeBrusk and Jakub Zboril of the QMJHL’s Saint John Sea Dogs.

Heading into weekend action, Senyshyn is second in scoring on the Greyhounds with 14 points. His 10 goals currently leads the team.

In 88 career games with the Greyhounds, Senyshyn has 37 goals and 61 points.
