I live in the east end and several times I've had brown water and even when it's clear all you can now smell is the chlorine. It's disgusting. I didn't know about the main break but as the PUC site said they would be flushing in Ranking this week, I made sure all dishes were done last night, shower done, and filled up several containers with water to wash etc. should I get the brown water again.

I'm about 5 km from Rankin and Manitou Park where the flushing is just suppose to affect and I get it quite often.

Now we get a water main break in the same area? What's up with this? All this flushing now breaking the water mains??

What a crock for the price we pay for this crappy water! I want our old water back that tasted the best in the province, and was always clear and had no smell. I'm getting tired of paying their inflated prices plus having to buy bottled water to drink as I don't trust what's in my taps now!
