So when the water consumption goes up, and we are supposed to start conserving(as it says in the sault star). Will people be fined for running taps for 15 mins to get rid of brown water? Someone in power needs to do something about these guys. Mayor, council, the board of the PUC. Needs to bring an end to this. If the end game is putting us back on the old chloramine system, and increasing our rate. They should be asked, how much our rates would have increased, had we stayed on the old system. As I recall, the change was to lower insurance rates and save us money.
