although I'm usually highly skeptical and opposed to such public inquiry, due to the horrendous costs involved and the (usually) very limited value; the gas plant fiasco absolutely calls for a full public inquiry.
can't imagine Wynne voluntarily agreeing to one, because shortly after the results come out, people would be demanding any or all of: an election, the Libs step down, or possibly even criminal charges - if warranted.
