If you haven't chosen a career yet and want something guaranteed, get into social working or nursing. The demand will be there your entire career because of the aging baby boomers.

But don't do it for the money. Do it because you genuinely care for people. If you're just getting into it for the money, don't bother. We don't need any more pissy healthcare "professionals".

Get into it because you care about people, and are a caring person.
