St Basils is fairly new plasma. I remember it used to be St Marys and they purchased the old lakeway which is the current St Marys college for ONE Dollar, got that ONE Dollar. St Basils was perfectly fine in the first place. But they did use all that property where the football field used to be to update the school. The current structure is old and falling apart. I am guessing that was around 1990ès sometime that they acaquired the current sttucture. Thatès is how long it took to upgrade St Marys with a new school. It is a beautiful design though. Location though its a bit too far East but I am sure east enders will appreciate that alot.
