I think I will just not buy bagged chopped lettuce ever again. First of all when its cut it oxidizes and that means its not good to eat. Not to mention the bacteria that can be on it. I think it will be full lettuce heads for me. I can easily inspect the lettuce this way. No second guessing. I think I can handle chopping and cleaning the lettuce leaves to avoid bieng poisoned. Its really not that much extra work.
