WTH? East bound truck means he was coming up the hill & the man was Westbound FACING the truck as it hit him! If the truck was going slow, the man should hav been able to get out of the way, unless he was handicapped. Either the report is wrong or the driver was speeding, texting or had his eyes shut! WTH? Some Thing Definitely Wrong! Since the Driver was Eastbound! he didn't have to cross 2 lanes of traffic to get into the parking lot! SO, WHY DID HE NOT SLOW DOWN TO LEAVE THE STREET, AND CROSS THE SIDEWALK WHERE THE MAN WAS WALKING?
