They keep passing that same report around different tables and presenting it to themselves as if they just discovered the problem..

The Informatics Institute at Algoma University was already given a research grant, that would include parameters involving crime, mental illness & addictions.

Mr Davies needs to stop resisting the questions he was being asked & get back to the table..

You can't change the statistics by writing your own paper & submitting it to agencies who can do nothing about the problem, we've been doing that for too many years.
